o9.o8.o8
it's the 2nd day of the loooong weekend
started the day bballing with rv mates
though considerably less people
it was still fun nevertheless
played ball bridge daidi n pool
den went back and had nasi briyani for lunch and i ate using my hand
dont ask me why
i just suddenly felt like using my hands!
BUT something spoilt my first half of the day
i was having a super duper bad headache
it lasted since ytd afternoon till today
:X
somehow i think it has gotta do with caffeine addiction
cos after i drank coffee i felt that teeny weeny bit better
but still it was pretty unbearable for me to even watch the olympics
thus i gulped down paracetemol and took a nap
woke up SLIGHTLY better and headed out to chinatown for dinner with my family
ate szechuan styled dinner
WOW
im glad im not borned in szechuan
else i think i'd have lips which are lik taiwanese sausage!

this was wad i ate
damn it was so freaking spicy n numbing
all that chilli oil was like coating to my lips
but still it was not that bad except that my tolerance for spicyness is limited!
after that, we walked down from chinatown to raffles place
in hope that we could catch a glimpse of the fireworks display
on our way i saw the fighter plane making this heartshape in the air
haha i think it's pretty cool so i took a picture of it!

oh today's singapore's bdae
though my generation is not the generation who has been through alot
but i know that our status of life is much better than many other 18 years old in the world
when we hear the roaring of fighter jets, we think : must be yet another air performances
but when 18year-old iraqis hear roaring of fighters jets, they think: it's yet another air strike.
that's the difference between them and ask
i couldnt have asked for more than to be borned here! (:
though people are complaining that sg's a stressful place blah blah blah
im deeply satisfied that im embedded in a safe nest of my own!
here are some of the fireworks
though nice
they pale in comparison to those used for opening ceremony for olympics
i can only use the word MAGNIFICENT to describe it!

so many people anticipating the fireworks as well!
