Okay finally something interesting happening this few days
Let's start from friday..
Me zhihong and yongqiang met up to go one rochester to have a drink and man's talk LOL
Hahah it's quite a secluded and chill place
Nice for an after-work drink
Good place to sum up the weekdays (:
I ordered frozen margarita, hennessey and long island tea (:
too bad we went a tad too late so wasn't able to try out the food
the setting was alfresco old english setting with candlelight and artifical wind
Yes hahah it's those big squarish standing fan
But ya it was pretty cooling on a humid warm night
'I'll definitely visit this place again cos the waitress is pretty'
HAHAHA

Anyway sat morning I went to meet vernon for lunch and movie
Damn
Just another pandora box has got to be the lamest movie I ever watched
Zzz
Hahaha
Lame humour which revolves around kungfu panda, red cliff, kungfu
Worth a laugh and a bit of reminiscence of the original movie
Kinda like a parody for other movies
it's like the chinese version of the scary movie series

Went to modesto at night to catch the arsenal match and immerse in the whole arsenal fanclub atmosphere
Result was disappointing but oh wells

Okay here's Drama1:
On my way back from modesto to the the bus stop opposite far east plaza
There was this bmw 335i hard top convertible parked near the bus bay with the hazard light switched on
there was a pair of caucasian couple around it
They were surrounding it and the female kept on giving 2-second touches(those that u'll give to a baby milkbottle to test whether it is too hot)
So after awhile, the kaypoh me decided to remove my earpiece(I was listening to music) to eavesdrop their conversation to find out what the incident was about

Lady: honey, I think the car is on fire (gives 3 or 4 consecutive 2-sec touches)
Man: yea, something's not right!(Fiddles around with the control on the car panel, yes with engine still on)
Lady: nevermind, our fire engine is coming soon (this is when I thought I heard wrongly)

-3 or 4 minutes later-

Background: *fire engine siren*

My mind:wah it can't be so coincidental can it?

The despatch rider and the two engine stopped behind the car, and yes, with the siren still blasting at 120am in the morning
The first fireman alights and immediately gave the wtf-face! I nearly wanted to laugh but didn't lol
The caucasian couple went forward and told them about the entire story
my bus came by this time so I didn't manage to finish the entire incident lol but what I saw was already sufficient
First thing they were abusing emergency number
Secondly, if u think your car is on fire, WOULD YOU KEEP TOUCHING AND TOUCHING AND TOUCHING IT!?! WOULD YOUR MAGICAL TOUCHES PUT OUT THE FIRE?! WTH RIGHT! ._.
Their ignorance and lack of rationale thinking amazes me much!
okay end of drama 1!

So I reached home around 2 am and slept till 8
Sunday morning was basketball with rv guys after a long hiatus of the usual sunday morning uncle bball gathering
Nice but I had to leave early zzz

Okay here's drama 2
I was on my way back from lunch
When I walked past the fruit stall and there was this person acting kinda odd
He was behaving like he was being pursued by somebody or possessed..
He had that paranoid look
I thought he was probably one of those mentally unsound people around so I just carried on walking
After walking around 5 steps forward there was suddenly a very loud thud behind
I turned around to see the same person collapsed on the floor convulsing and foaming on
:X

So I was shocked for a few seconds not knowing what to do
then it just came to me that I should push him on his side so that he would not choke
And stuff something in his mouth should he start biting his own tongue
And that I should clear whatever dangerous objects around him
So I went forward and discovered he was foaming and convulsing badly
Did whatever I thought I should do
Dialled 995 for the first time in my life
Meanwhile the man began to regain consciousness after a few minutes
But he had an approximately 15 cm gash across the back of his head which I presumed he suffered when he fell against the pillar and it was bleeding quite badly!
The ambulance took 11 minutes to arrive
And I left after they took him away
All this while it's quite interesting to see how all those coffeeshop uncle and aunties try to put in their own opinions
Some said I should give him a key to hold
Some said put a spoon in his mouth
Some ask me to let him sit up when he was still shaking
Lol
But hope the man is fine now :X
Apparently it's not his first time falling in that area

I've always picture myself to be nervous and helpless should such a situation happen
But idk why I was rather composed today
Human behaviour surprises me
Hahah I praise myself for my composure
But boos for my ignorance of not knowing what to do :X
