okay after much hype about going overseas to tw during pop break
i guess the plans have to be called off
like a zzzz can
i was damn sad
and booking in in 17 hours is a double whammy
zzzz

since it's gonna be called off i guess i may want to work at IT fair
i hope i can sell cameras
it will be so fun! (:
im thinking buying and ipod dock to so can play music anywhere!
but so far it's just thoughts only cos i dont have money sia

zzz today i took a walk down to yewtee
(okay, down to yewtee sounds like damn far but it's actually only lik 3mins?)

the new ntuc opened
and apparently it's like a mini shopping mall?
subway's gonna set up a franchise over there too i think
it's only one week since i last book out
and so many things changed
i didnt know that the reserves were activated
i didnt know that the two new stations after boon lay are opened/going to be opened
zzz
i hate this feeling of disconnection in ns!


but on lighter note
i played bball today after like a month of hiatus from bball?
damn shiok can!
though everyone pretty much sucked
i think we held on to rifles for too long already
haha but it was still nice to play bball!
but it sucks to sprain my ankle
the only thing i like about boots is that u dont sprain ur ankle that easily

i think things are going to be more or less done in bmt! just waiting for it to be over
so i can enjoy my break! (:
whatever happens after that...

okay so ytd was valentines day
dunno why but i thought it was rather weird to see all the couples on the street then we r in one big group sounds rather loser to spend vday like that
hahahaha

okay ytd i met up with 11 of the girls
nh cat eve jm jas eileen anna phyllis qh rach mel plus mk n marcus
in typical fashion
we ended up standing and talking at different places lol
lol our gatherings are always like that
we r just hanging out together

okayy off i go
booking in time! it sucks to travel one hour plus to book in! zzz

booking out is simply enjoyable hahaha im enjoying every second of it down to the moment i reach pasir ris
anyway this week has been quite fast
all the main events are more or less over already
and it's 4 more weeks to pop so it will be quite fast
i always have this tendency to post about those army stuffs
but im not allowed to so well.. zzz


actually this 5 weeks in army make me realise things about myself
i realised that subconsciously i like to observe people
and only after observing them then i will decide whether to befriend them
as some people would know me
im very talkative mingle around alot in groups
but in army u can say that im a totally different person
if u ask anyone from my platoon to give a description about me
they would probably say
'i think he is a quiet person who doesnt really interact much and looks pretty aloof.
and he always appear to be disinterested.'
hahahaha i think it's quite weird to have this kind of extreme split personality at different places but sadly im having it!
lol
but now since my 'observation period' is more or less over
i think i'll interact more with those pleasant ones
being in bmt made me feel that there are so many superficial people around me
zzz
i can simply rant of a few names straight
but what i cant comprehend is
why do they wanna be like this
so wayang and doing everything so that u can achieve something
where's the satisfaction of achieving something u didnt earn through the right means
but of course they are the minority
majoroity of them are still friendly and nice people to interact and make friends with!
okay i guess im beginning to be able to settle into army life
though i still maintain a clear distinction between adapting and liking!
im adapting but still not liking it and doubt that i ever will do so

another thing i've been thinking about for this week is.....
A LEVEL RESULTS

it's another thing thats disturbing me
it's kinda contradictory
i wanna get back the results cos it means another book out day
plus that it means that i'll be able to get one thing off my mind
but then again
i dont wanna get it back
cos im 80% sure that my results is so cocked up that even though i say i dont really care about my results
chances are if i see a 'C' or 'D' for my results i'll be devestated
oh btw the other 20% which im counting on is lady luck, whom i think isnt always reliable -.- lol
ahhh damn it!

okay cant believe im booking in tml when everybody else just booked out hours ago

but due to some reasons

anyway just camp back from field camp
it was a emotional roller coaster ride
i think other people from the same company will know why i say that
damn imba
i dont think i have had so many morale lows in my life before
but at the end of the day
i think i came out with a stronger mentality


i love my family
i love my friends
a big thank to the few who wrote that letter
perhaps it may just be a small gesture
but when u know that kind of situation when we were reading the letter
i would say the letter is like water in a desert
shiok lahh
im not somebody who can put all those feeling into words
but ya
it was really nice to know that i have friends who care (:


okay on second thoughts
i didnt totally waste my 2nd book out away
first night was cleaning night
i think i brought back 0.5 kg of tekong sand back! ._.
haha den all the washing and kiwi-ing damn sian
today went to watch the movie curious case of benjamin buttons
it's quite a novel idea though the movie is damn long
n i must say brad pitt is really quite charming though im not gay or what
anyway dinner was at manhattan fish market
my first time there (okay i know im a noob)
but it was quite nice to taste food other than field rations and cookhouse food
ya so it was a book out quite well spent


but.....
book in blues sets in AGAIN
and i havent recover from my cough! zzz
